One thing is for sure, babies grow up way too fast! It’s important to capture the memories, and turning 1 is a very special milestone in a child’s life. The Hughes family had never taken professional photos, so this was truly a perfect event to capture. The Hughes outdoor family session took place in Buckingham Park, CO.
One Year Celebration at Buckingham Park
My associate was able to capture some great shots during this session. Their baby girl took a few minutes to warm up, but by the end, we caught some smiles! For these photos, they brought with them a family heirloom to connect this new baby to her family’s history. This chair was used by her mom, Dara, and was refurbished by a family member. It was a meaningful prop, and added a personal touch to the photoshoot.

Thank you to the Hughes family for being willing to drive from Denver for the session. You all were great to work with, even despite the sprinkling rain when we arrived.
