Golden Ponds fall mini sessions seem to be a client favorite. I can definitely see why. Between the stunning golden trees, beautiful ponds, and the faint view of the mountains range it’s ideal. It simply provides a variety in backdrops, and with this variation there is bound to be something for everyone.

I love that such a beautiful location to do photoshoots at is just right here in Longmont Colorado. Golden Ponds is pretty all year long, but in autumn it is at its peak. I enjoy spending time here with my family and I can tell it’s a special spot to many of my clients as well. The tall grass, walking paths, and even the bridges make these fall mini sessions something to treasure.

But what’s better than an ideal location? Well, the amazing families I get to work with, of course! All the families looked amazing and did so well. I love getting creative with how to best photograph the kids. It is rewarding to see those stunning smiles on their cheerful faces.

To top it off, the weather was ideal for fall mini sessions. It made for the perfect fall day. It wasn’t too cold but had that touch of cool crispness in the air you expect this time of year.
