Boulder Colorado Fall Mini Sessions
When I think of fall, I think of warm drinks, fun layered clothing, hot soup, and of course—changing leaves. There truly is nothing like the bright, vivid yellow of the aspen trees against mountainous backdrops. That is why I love Colorado Fall Mini Sessions so much! And since it is the busiest time of year for Catherine Chamberlain Photography, I’m assuming that others love it just as much as I do.
Mini Sessions at South Mesa Trailhead
I had so many wonderful families to work with, and the vibrant yellow made their outfit choices POP! The golden yellow trees were at the peak of color, which attracted many people out on this particular day. The South Mesa Trailhead leads to a field and flatirons behind it, but there was no need to go any further than this stunning tree line.
The park becomes full of many talented photographers all sharing the space. This in turn makes the parking situation a little crazy but believe it or not, all my clients were still on time! It is just too hard to pass up such a beautiful spot for fall photos with a lot of variety.
South Mesa Minis
These clients were a pleasure to work with. I don’t know if it was the cooler weather, but it just brought out the best smiles on everyone’s faces. There really wasn’t a bad angel to shoot from, and each family did a wonderful job coordinating their outfits. Capturing the precious moments between each of these families is fun, and the children made it extra special. I enjoy seeing the way families interact with one another, and I love when that bond shows through the camera.
